Location: St Kilda Rd Key Responsibilities Maintain effective relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering excellent service and clear communication. Manage leasing activities including regular property inspections, move-in and move-out processes, and arrears follow-up. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works through engagement with contractors. Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments and keep accurate records to uphold portfolio standards. Use standard property management software systems to support portfolio administration tasks. Work Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts required.
